Welcome to Oliva - Olive in Italian

The Olive Branch is a symbol of peace.  With this in mind, we have opened, Oliva Italian Eatery, in Keller, Texas to share peace, hope, and love with our family.  Oliva is a boutique restaurant serving classical Italian fare, house made bread, and service with a smile.  Our Focus is on Family and Fun.

Cynthia and Justin moved from New York City to be closer to Cynthia’s parents and siblings.   In October, her sister gave birth to a second child, Emerson, who was diagnosed with Prader Willi Syndrome, a rare genetic disease.  We chose to give up our life as a “City Folk” to be a “Pillar of Support” for her sister and family.
